- If you have an IUD, please note that there is a very small chance that the IUD may dislodge due to the strong nature of the herbs. With that said, if you would like to use our V Steam with an IUD intact it would be at your own risk. We also recommend only steaming for 15 minutes if you decide to do it with an IUD.
- If you have open wounds, sores or blisters
- If you have genital piercings remove them before steaming
- Not recommended for women who have extremely heavy cycles/two (2) or more menstrual cycles per month
